Leddy grew up in Brock, Texas, where he developed an early passion for sports and athletic performance. He was awarded many All-State honors as well as Offensive MVP of the 3A-D1 Football State Championship game. Leddy started 52 consecutive games for the Rams and was a 4 time All-Lone Star Conference selection. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science followed by an MBA with Specialization in Healthcare Management. Leddy’s coaching career began with various youth and high school programs, leagues, and camps throughout college, including the APEC Internship Program and participation in a S&C Graduate-Assistantship during his senior football season.

Sam was born in Fleet, England. Sam moved to the US in 2007 to pursue a soccer scholarship and further his education. He began at North Iowa area Community College and transferred after graduating to Midwestern State University (MSU). Exercise Science has been apart of life since the age of sixteen. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a master's degree in Exercise Physiology.

Karlee Torisk was born in Amarillo and raised in Fort Worth, Tx where she grew up playing all sports until middle school where she chose to focus on soccer. After high school she attended Texas State University in 2019 where she graduated with a major in psychology and her minor in exercise sports science, while also playing on the soccer team there. Karlee had attended APEC since she was a sophomore in high school and knows how important sports performance can help athletes maximize their peak athletic ability.

    Bailei was raised in Siloam Springs, AR and attended John Brown University, where she played volleyball and pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN.) Bailei received her RN licensure and practiced as a cardiac, progressive care, and stepdown ICU nurse for a year and a half upon graduation.
