Sam was born in Fleet, England. Sam moved to the US in 2007 to pursue a soccer scholarship and further his education. He began at North Iowa area Community College and transferred after graduating to Midwestern State University (MSU). Exercise Science has been apart of life since the age of sixteen. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

Karlee Torisk was born in Amarillo and raised in Fort Worth, Tx where she grew up playing all sports until middle school where she chose to focus on soccer. After high school she attended Texas State University in 2019 where she graduated with a major in psychology and her minor in exercise sports science, while also playing on the soccer team there. Karlee had attended APEC since she was a sophomore in high school and knows how important sports performance can help athletes maximize their peak athletic ability.

    Bailei was raised in Siloam Springs, AR and attended John Brown University, where she played volleyball and pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN.) Bailei received her RN licensure and practiced as a cardiac, progressive care, and stepdown ICU nurse for a year and a half upon graduation. 

    Connor Green, born and raised in Austin, played sports from an early age. At Hyde Park Baptist High school in Texas’ capital city, Connor, a multi-sport athlete, excelled in baseball and football. Connor continued his baseball career, by playing collegiately at the University of Texas at Tyler.
